CSSC Makes a Strong Appearance at Hannover Messe 2026
On April 20, Hannover Messe 2026 opened in Hannover, Germany. As the world’s largest international industrial technology and trade fair, the event serves as an important platform bringing together global industrial design, manufacturing, application, and trade.

Zhao Tongbin, Vice President of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), attended the exhibition, held exchanges and negotiations with key international partners, and participated in related visits. CSSC coordinated the participation of nine secondary management units, presenting a unified CSSC brand image at the event.

At this year’s exhibition, CSSC closely followed the global trends of low-carbon industrial transformation and intelligent upgrading, as well as the exhibition theme of “Think Tech Forward.” Focusing on the Energy Infrastructure and Energy Storage Technology exhibition area, CSSC highlighted its core technological strengths and innovative achievements in green clean energy equipment and high-end intelligent energy equipment.
The exhibits included green and low-carbon gas turbine mobile power stations, high-power natural gas generator sets, high-performance green hydrogen energy equipment, integrated solutions for smart industrial parks, integrated intelligent solutions for airports and rail transit, high-end energy-saving heat exchange equipment, titanium-based materials for hydrogen energy applications, industrial ultra-low-temperature refrigeration equipment, and intelligent monitoring equipment.
These exhibits vividly demonstrated the efficient transformation of CSSC’s advanced shipbuilding technologies, R&D capabilities, and manufacturing strengths into emerging industries. They also fully showcased CSSC’s technological innovation capability and international competitiveness in emerging industries, actively supporting international market development and high-quality growth.
The CSSC booth adopted a modern industrial design style and used advanced display methods such as glasses-free 3D, multi-touch interaction, and interactive sand tables. With a booth concept combining “a circular interior and square exterior, with digital intelligence in symbiosis,” CSSC presented the important achievements and future prospects of its emerging industries from multiple dimensions, offering a comprehensive display of the company’s brand strength, product strength, and technological strength.
During the exhibition, CSSC held a contract-signing ceremony with Swedish company Metacon for a 7.5 MW alkaline hydrogen production equipment project. It also organized several special activities, including on-site promotions of green and intelligent product technologies. Through these activities, CSSC proactively promoted its products, technologies, and services, as well as the internationalization of the CSSC brand, continuously attracting international customers for exchanges and discussions on cooperation opportunities.
CSSC also received visits from a number of existing and potential partner companies during the exhibition, deepening existing cooperation consensus and expanding new cooperation scenarios. These exchanges created favorable conditions for further enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation in the future.
CSSC’s participation in Hannover Messe 2026 implemented the Group’s overall “1-1-7-8” requirements and firmly upheld the concept of coordinated action across all levels. Following the approach of “one CSSC, one brand, differentiated products, and distinctive features,” CSSC focused on the directions of high-end development, green development, intelligent development, and shared development. The Group concentrated on showcasing its technological innovation capabilities and advanced solutions in emerging industries, strongly supporting international market development and global operations, and contributing to the accelerated development of a world-class shipbuilding group.
